Finally it got here. The camera was easy, the lens was hard. So much rigamarole. It is awesome, a little heavier, a little cooler and much nicer than I thought. I will post more pictures of stuff like my goji berry plants and Spring or something. It is all really sweet and the colors and shading is excellent. All these except the one of the flowers is form the camera jpeg. It has been a while since I have used jpegs (I always shot raw) but I like the controls that this camera gives me access to, I didn't use any of them on these pictures but I will see what I can do tomorrow while I am sitting around the lab.

Oh, and I fixed my computer so that is good. It seems to be working fine so I guess it was a bad hard drive. It just became unbootable but it was still completely useable as far as I could determine. I am not really sure what was up. I took it out for now but I might want to put it back in and use it for a scratch/render drive but not for anything critical. The new drive is a slight upgrade and so that is nice.
