I have been spending my time (my free time) working on a series of Mind Rains. You can see the updates as they come out on the Mind Rain page that is linked to the right. But if you were subscribing to the Mind Rain feed in iTunes or any other software with pod catching ability then it would automatically tell you about the new episodes. I shot a bunch and have some special effects set up but they are a little rough around the edges and wanted to clean them up a bit before they were released. The episode that is out now is mainly dialog as a setup for events to come. I am also getting some stuff ready for a new Mind Rain talk show that I will do with Angelene. It should probably have an episode around the time a new episode comes out so now that 7 just came out Angelene and I will talk about 6 and when 8 comes out Angelene and I will talk about 7.

For the people who didn't get from the previous post about the net show, you can listen live and call in but you can also download previous shows. (right now there is 1 previous show) The easiest way to get everything to work is register with the site so you will have an account and the software ready to join in the chat. It is all free and you don't need to do anything if you want to just listen or download a show later. Registering is only if you want to participate in the live show. A standard show will be 15-30 minutes long with Angelene and I discussing the episode for the first half and taking calls and questions for the last half. I also have the perfect sign off so it should really make the show a special treat.

Join Angelene and I tonight for the Mind Rain show. It is a live radio show that you can also stream through the web, participate through our simultanious chat, call in or if you miss the live show you can go to the page and download it any time following the event or subscribe to it in iTunes. To call in or participate live through the chat you need to register with Talk Shoe but that is quick enough. You might go ahead and do that to get ready for the show.

Update: It didn't go super awesome. I had the time zone wrong and showed up 40 minutes late and was still at Angelene's house setting it up when I noticed that the show had already started without me and should have already been over. It was pretty stupid but I did start a new show and rushed through the stuff and it ended up being alright. You can listen to it on that page and the next one will be on time and very nice. Heather almost called in time to be on the show.

Mind Rain is a SciFi story like no other. Completely acted by iPods and so hard to follow that watching it gives you less information than if you hadn't watched it at all, that is if you dare!

I just found out tonight that I (Mind Rain) was featured on one of my favorite podcasts called The Pan. It was quite a surprise and I feel really honored or at least pretty nice. Some of my favorites are on The Pan like Ze Frank, Bullemhead (my post), Human Dog and so many more.

The Pan site and the episode on which Mind Rain was featured. They used episode 2 of Mind Rain "Fate." It is a wonderful episode that explains little and promises so much. I really feel this is a great piece to show off how unusual and varied Mind Rain can be.

A new Mind Rain episode just came out. It really opens the window for a new beginning. Now that some of the backstory is known where will it go? Refresh yourself with Part 5: The Beast Must Now Decide and then watch Part 6: All Ways a Measure.

Mind Rain Part 5 has been released and is titled "The Beast Must Now Decide." The last two episodes have been background on the relationship of Monk and Villain. With this latest episode the story continues on from where Part 2 leaves off. Can Laz survive? Will he find the answer he needs from The Beast? Find out in "The Beast Must Now Survive."

Also, you may have noticed that there has been a site update. This change is to help with usability and bring the site's appearance up to modern future standards of how a web site looks and not look like a bag of trash that lives in the past.
